Jackson Santos was responsive, informed, diligent and simply a pleasure to do business with. From the first email he was clear and direct, asked pertinent questions and provided informed responses. When viewing apartments, he was never rushed, was willing to show and re-show the same apartments so I could be sure in my decision. He went to great lengths to identify everything of relevance and evensince signing the lease he has made himself available, which is so unusual – most brokers disappear into thin air once you have signed, but Jackson has check-in and answered questions and really has behaved like a friend.
