We found Jackson at the end of our apt search journey. We had already decided to postpone our
search because we had looked at over 20 apartments and did not like any. Partially because the
brokers we worked with were not listening to our needs. Jackson was our last appointment for the
day, but there was barely any hope left. Immediately we noticed he was different from the brokers we had worked with. He was professional, yet approachable, not once did he pressure us (you know what I mean if you have worked with NY brokers before), and he was very knowledgeable. He provided an overload of information about the property, the amenities, the neighborhood, and out newly renovated unit. Additionally he offered to show us other units in the building and another one near by even though it was clear we wanted the unit we saw. This shows his dedication to customer service, going above and beyond the client’s needs. We love our new apartment and cannot wait to make it a home, all thanks to Jackson
